put your worries over you

  worry is a bad habit .it is an unhealthy and destructive mental habit. why do you worry when you can pray? people think that worrying will solve the problem rather, it will worsen the situation.

   DR Norman Vincent Peale in his book the power of positive thinking says that if you want to live long, observe the following rules;

1  keep calm

2  go to church

3  eliminate worry.

  this article is just a way to help people get away from this habit called worry. it can kill, lead to high blood pressure, heart disease ,ulcers or heart failure etc.so, if you want to live long eliminate worry.

  one major way of solving this problem is by committing everything into the hands of God.what do i mean? commit your problem,headache ,trouble,etc into the hands of God and forget it. once you practice this art, you will feel a great relief.

   worry habit does not segregate whether someone is rich or poor, it is a thing of the mind . practice the art and you will see the outcome. leave all your worries for God, he will definitely care for them.
